Listening time

Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to bones.

He who answers before listening- that is his folly and his shame.

A man's spirit sustains him in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?

The heart of the discerning acquires knowlege; the ears of the wise seek it out.

A gift opens the way for the giver and ushers him into the presence of the great.

- Proverbs 16:24, 18:13-16

In my opinion, the most precious gifts from God/ to others are that of understanding and encouragement. I thought of the phrase " twice blessed." Nothing to lose but both parties blessed.
